    Mr Chapman having consulted with Mr Merivale, decided that the notice was bad. The Act required that the address should be given; and the decision in the Bedford and Petersfield cases having been given both ways, he had no president to go by—he must, therefore, be governed by the Act, and for the reason he had given, struck out the name.
