ROGATE INCLOSURE.

     I RICHARD WAKEFORD ATTREE, of Liss, in the County of Southampton, the Valuer acting in the matter of the Inclosure of the Waste Lands of HARTING COMBE and FYNING WOOD, situate in the Parish of Rogate, in the County of Sussex, hereby give noice, that I am prepared to receive TENDERS in writing, addressed to me, for forming and making ROADS in the matter of this Inclosure. 

     Plans and Specifications are deposited for inspection at the Office of EDWIN ALBERY, Esq., Solicitor to the Inclosure, Midhurst.

     The Contractors will be required to enter into and sign an Agreement prepared by the Solicitor to the Inclosure, of which the Expences will have to be paid by the Contractor, who must find sureties for the due performance of his work to the full satisfaction of the Valuer, if so required. 

     Tenders must be delivered to me or the Solicitor, on or before the 28th day of March next.
