SANITARY MOVEMENTS.—The Magistrates of this district, in conjunction with the Board of Guardians, are taking active and very decided measures for carrying out the provisions of this bill. The Surveyor of Highways has received instructions to serve all parties having heaps of manure, &c., by the road-side, with notices to remove them forthwith; and the Board of Guardians have issued a general notice to the inhabitants, apprising them of the provisions of the Act and of the penalties that will be incurred by the non-observance of the same.
