PETERSFIELD.]—SPECIAL SERVICES.—We are happy to announce that a series of special services are arranged for the benefit of the railway men and strangers visiting the town on Sunday evenings. The first took place on Sunday last, at the National School Rooms, near the Church, presided over by Mr. French, a gentleman appointed expressly by the contractors of the line of railway to watch over the spiritual welfare of the men in their employ. It is to be hoped that these meetings will be conducted in a truly catholic spirit.
