All Tenders and Contracts must be made upon printed forms, which may be obtained on application to the Relieving Officers of the respective Districts, or the  Master of the Workhouse, and no Tender will be accepted unless properly filled up, and signed by the Person tendering.

All Demands on the Union for Goods supplied, or otherwise, previous to the said 24th day of June, 1854, must be delivered to me before, or on the 26th day of June next, otherwise they will not be discharged until after the 23rd day of September, 1854.
