PETERSFIELD.
THE CONTEMPLATED EARLY RISING CRICKET CLUB.—Under the above novel name, we hear that many young men, and assistants in the town, have it in contemplation to establish a club. The first meeting took place on Friday morning, at five o'clock, when there was a muster of nine, who joined in the sport of leather hunting to their hearts’ content, which augured well for a season's enjoyment. It is at present proposed to meet three times in each week.
