DURTLEY MARSH FARM, in the parish of Rogate, Sussex, near Petersfield, containing about 170 acres of land, good farm house, barns, and other out-buildings, two cottages, and a large enclosed common, now the occupation of Mr Wm. Bridger, whose tenancy will expire September 29, 1853.
Tenders to be sealed and sent post-free to Mr. Austin, Land Agent, Petworth, on or before 1st March next.
