Volunteers are coming in daily to enrol themselves in the North Hants Regiment of Militia, and the apportionment for this sub-division has been fully completed. It is expected that nearly the whole number of 500 will have been attested before the end of the ensuing week. It is understood that the South Hants Regiment is progressing equally well, and it is thought that the Militia will be called out for training and exercise at the beginning of November.
