BANKRUPTCY COURT
(Before Mr. Commissioner EVANS.)
IN RE COOKE.

The bankrupt, who was described as of Petersfield, meat-salesman, farmer, &c., and whose examination was adjourned sine die some time since, applied to pass his examination, upon amended accounts, prepared by Mr. Pettis.

His Honour remarked that the bankrupt had commenced with a deficiency. The debts were 1100l., and assets only 12l. 10s. He could not say this account was a full and true one, and he must, therefore, adjourn him sine die with protection for a month.
