IN the matter of RICHARD PANNELL, of the Parish of Empshott, in the county of Southampton, lately carrying on the business of a farmer, that Reeds and Standfast Farms, in the several parishes of Empshott, Greatham, and Hawkley, they said the County of Southampton, a petitioner for protection from process.
Notice is hereby given,—That Charles James Gale, Esq. the Judge of the County Court of Hampshire, at the Town Hall, at Petersfield, in the said County, acting in the matter of this petition, will proceed to make a final order thereon at the said Court, on the 23rd day of January next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon precisely unless cause be then and there shewn to the contrary.
