PETERSFIELD.
The outrageous insult lately offered to our beloved Queen by the See of Rome, in its attempt to set aside the existing Ecclesiastical Institutions of this country, and to substitute others in their room, has excited in this town and neighbourhood the same indignant feelings as have been roused throughout the length and breadth of the land. An address to her Most Gracious Majesty has been very numerously signed during the past week by the inhabitants.
